Baker Consultation - October 29
We met with Bobbie from Bobbie's Baking today. Bobbie has been baking for over 30 years and has been on TV for her cakes. She is offering us whatever flavors, fillings and icings we want for the lowest price we have found from any baker. She is also incredibly friendly and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. We finally found our baker! We will be thinking about flavors in order to set up a tasting in a couple weeks. Also, because square cakes look squatty, we need to find a way to make it look taller; we will be deciding on what kind of stand we want to us to raise the cake. So far, Madison suggested putting vases with water and flower petals under the cake, which would match up with our centerpieces. Megan will be drawing up and looking on line for possibilities as well.
