Caterer Consultation - December 1

We met with the caterer at Amelie's tonight.  Jonette Long is one of the people who run and rent out the Villa (our honeymoon spot) and, while we were looking at the Villa, she mentioned she is a caterer and an event planner.  After looking at her prices for catering, we set up this meeting.  We decided on buffet with a choice of two meals: bruschetta chicken with a side of lemon pepper green beans and garlic red potatoes or a vegetarian dish, which will add a salad and one other vegetable choice to the previous sides.  We also talked about place settings and the tables we should consider for buffet, gifts, favors, and the cake.  While we are not using her as an event planner, her expertise in this area enables her to give us advise.  She recommended a rental company and a baker, both of whom we will contact.  Jonette will be sending us a quote and doing a site survey of our reception hall to give us advice about how to arrange tables and such.

(Notice that Madison - pictured at the sweet heart table on stage - is now a black man.  The oval to the right is the buffet and the circles and squiggles on the lower left are a drum set.  The middle table on stage - which isn't supposed to be there - is his rendition of the last supper because our wedding party will sit on only one side of the table.)
