We went to David's Bridal in Port Huron, Michigan with Megan's mom, niece (Lexi), sister and nephew today. Megan had seen a dress she liked last time she was in David's and the group decided to check out the dress while we were all in the same city. Lexi looked adorable in the dress and it comes in a variety of sizes so it should fit all three girls (Lexi, Carolyn and Olivia). We will get the dress in rose petal and change the sash to the apple color. We also found a headband with a flower that compliments the dress and the flowers of the wedding; the headband will be apple as well. While we didn't find shoes that we liked during this trip, the plan is to keep checking David's for ballet shoes, which will be dyed rose petal.
Megan also found a garter and a flower hair piece that compliments the detailing on her dress. This particular David's didn't have the hair piece in ivory so we ordered it from a David's in Indiana and should it expect it in the mail soon. In addition, we were given a Christmas present of matching champagne flutes and knife and server set.
