Fabric Shopping - March 7

We went shopping for fabric for reception decorations today.  We are going to be attaching Christmas lights to silver fabric and placing a sheer fabric - either red or pink depending on the location - over the lights.  These will be covering the blank walls between columns behind the head table and behind the cake table.  Today, we bought the sheer red and pink fabrics as well as a big piece of solid red fabric that will be used as a backdrop for our photo booth.  As the store did not have enough silver in stock (we need 27 yards of it, after all), we will be going back in the next couple weeks to get our silver fabric.  After that, Megan will be working with Diane to cut, hem and attach lights to the fabrics.
