Wedding Coordinator Consultation - February 11

Today, we met with Carrie, one of Megan’s honorary bridesmaids and our wedding coordinator. We discussed and decided on the timeline of the reception and worked backwards to figure out the time line of the day preceding the ceremony. We also started assigning jobs to various people to assist in ensuring we do not see each other before the ceremony begins, transporting gifts from the reception site to the apartment, cutting the cake, and cleaning up after we leave.
